Great location near the station and walking distance to attractions. Welcoming staff and spacious rooms with nice amenities. Convenient guest laundry. Enjoyed the greenery at entry and delicious breakfast. Easy access to Tokyo for exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Ueno station, making transportation easy for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were really surprised by the size of the room, bigger than expected.

The entire hotel feels new and modern, very chic. Shower pressure is good and comes with a standard size bathtub. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is about 5mins walk from the nearest exit of Ueno station, which is a major station that offers direct connection to Narita airport as well as other popular places in Tokyo. A lot of food options around the hotel. All bathroom disposables, tea and coffee are free to take at the lobby, which encourages go green and sustainability. a good place to make as a base for stay in Tokyo.

The hotel was amazing! Highly recommend for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there was a beautiful selection of goodies at reception. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The bed was super comfy and the shower and bath were awesome. I also loved that they had lavender salts available for a relaxing bath after a long flight.
